Refund and Returns Policy

Overview


Our refund and returns policy exclusively applies to defective or damaged clothing items resulting from manufacturing or printing errors. Returns or refunds are not permitted for non-defective items, regardless of time passed since purchase.


Eligibility for Returns

You may return an item only if it has a defect or damage directly caused by manufacturing or printing errors, such as:

  • Fabric flaws: Holes, uneven stitching, loose threads, or incorrect fabric quality.
  • Printing defects: Faded, smudged, or misaligned prints/designs; peeling or flaking ink/dye.
  • Color issues: Unexpected color bleeding, staining, or mismatched colors due to dyeing errors.
  • Structural defects: Buttons or zippers that fail immediately due to poor construction.

The item must meet ALL of the following criteria:

  • The defect was present at the time of delivery (i.e., not caused by wear, wash care, or accidental damage).
  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition (tags attached, no makeup stains, etc.).
  • The item is in its original packaging.

Returns are NOT permitted for:

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Damage caused by improper washing, accidental spills, or customer misuse.
  • Subjective concerns (e.g., “does not fit” or “changing mind”).

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned, even if defective:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products
  • Perishable goods (e.g., accessories made from organic materials that degrade naturally)
  • Intimate apparel (bras, underwear)
  • Hazardous or flammable items

Refund Process

  1. Submit a Claim: Email info@pachiclub.com with:
    • Order number and purchase details.
    • Clear photos or video showcasing the manufacturing/printing defect (e.g., close-ups of stitching errors, peeling prints).
    • A description of how the defect affects wearability or appearance.
  2. Inspection: We will examine the item to confirm the defect is due to manufacturing or printing.
  3. Approval:
    • If approved, we will refund the full purchase price or replace the item (at our discretion).
    • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days after inspection.

Exchanges

  • Only replacements for defective items (manufacturing/printing errors) are allowed.
  • To request an exchange, email info@pachiclub.com and ship the defective item to the address provided in the exchange process.
  • Our supplier will send a replacement once the defect is verified.

Sale Items

  • Sale items qualify for refunds/exchanges ONLY if they have a manufacturing or printing defect.

Gifts

  • If the defective item was purchased as a gift:
    • You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return.
    • If the gift giver ordered it and shipped it to themselves, we will refund the gift giver.

Shipping Returns

  • You are responsible for all return shipping costs. These costs will be deducted from your refund if applicable.
  • Use a trackable shipping service for valuable items. We are not responsible for lost or uninsured packages.
  • Delivery time for replacements varies by location.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not been processed:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company—processing may take additional time.
  3. If unresolved, email us at info@pachiclub.com.

We do not offer refunds for non-defective items, size exchanges, or changes of mind.

Note: This policy exclusively covers defects arising from manufacturing or printing errors. Cosmetic flaws due to external factors (e.g., sunlight fading, wear during use) are not eligible.
